At Midweek, we want every piece you choose to feel just right but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help with a smooth and worry-free exchange process.

 

Easy Size Exchanges

If your order isn’t the right fit, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
 Exchanges are available in cases of:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Damaged or defective items (we sincerely apologize if this happens)

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
  • A valid reason and supporting photo must be shared to process your request

Midweek Wallet Credit

If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue the full product value as Midweek Wallet credit valid for 6 months and redeemable on any future purchase.

It’s our way of ensuring your shopping experience stays flexible and satisfying.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Go to “Your Orders” on our website
  2. Select the item and submit an exchange request with reason and photo
  3. Our team will reach out within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps
